From June 24th to August 18th, we will be operating summer schedules. There will be reduced services on many routes, and several routes will not operate at all during the summer period.
Service Reductions
Please note that this year there are more cuts than usual in the summer schedules, due to budget cuts in the county, which you can read more about here. Remember to check the depurtares times if you plan to take the bus this summer. You can do this in the Brakar Reise app, on our website’s journey planner, or with Entur. Here, you will always find updated departure times.

Check Upcoming Timetables
On the timetable page, you can view the tables for summer operations. Click on the upcoming table. Be sure to check if your departure has a note in the timetable (for example, an “x” or “f”). If so, check the footnotes for further information.
The end dates for schools in Buskerud vary slightly in the summer and at the beginning of autumn. Note that school buses will operate until the end of the school term and will resume when schools start again (even if this differs from the dates above).

Drammen/Lier
Route 52 Drammen-Mjøndalen
From June 24th, route 52 will no longer operate between Mjøndalen and Hokksund. It will only run between Drammen bus station and Mjøndalen. This is a permanent change that also applies from the autumn onwards.
Route 62 Lierbyen-Sørsdal-Sylling
Will not be in service this summer.
Route 73 Drammen-Reistad-Lierskogen
Will not drive on Sundays during the summer.
Route 92 Mariås-Svelvik ferjekai
From June 24th, Saturday services on route 92 will no longer operate.
Night buses on routes 3, 4, 22, and 51 will operate as normal in the summer.
Kongsberg/Midtfylket/Øvre Eiker
Route 52 Drammen-Mjøndalen
From June 24th, route 52 will no longer operate between Mjøndalen and Hokksund. It will only run between Drammen bus station and Mjøndalen. This is a permanent change that also applies from the autumn onwards.
Route 401 Gamlegrendåsen S-Lindbojordet
Operating as normal until July 5th. Extra services will be provided during the Kongsberg Jazz Festival on July 5th and 6th. Read more here. Route 401 is not in service from July 8th-August 18th.
Route 430 Kongsberg-Svarstad
All summer services will operate via State road 40.
Brakar Fleks
From June 24th, Brakar Fleks will no longer operate on Sundays. Sunday services were funded by one-time funds from the county council intended to last for one year. These funds have not been renewed.
The bus stop at Kongsberg internasjonale skole will not be serviced by Fleks from June 24th onwards due to difficulties in turning the bus around. Passengers can instead use Dyrmyrgata.
During the summer period, June 24th to August 18th, Brakar Fleks will operate as follows:
- Weekdays 07:00-19:00*
- Saturday 09:00-17:00
*Until July 7th, you must start or end your journey in the inner zone on weekdays. From July 8th to August 18th, the entire Fleks zone can be used on all days.

Ringerike/Hole
Route 200 Hønefoss-Oslo
- The departure at 06:10 from Hønefoss on weekdays is discontinued. Additionally, Sunday departures will operate every two hours instead of every hour. These are permanent changes that will also apply from the autumn.
- Until July 1st, St. Olavs plass will not be serviced on the last two departures on route 200. From July 1st, the St. Olavs plass stop will be completely closed, and Vika Atrium will then be the only stop in the city centre before the bus terminal.
Route 233 Hønefoss-Hallingby/Elsrud
Will not be in service this summer.
Route 241 Hønefoss-Sokna/Noresund
No departures on Saturdays. This also applies from the autumn.
On-demand Service to Vik and Røyse
Route 211X to Vik and Røyse operates as an on-demand service from June 24th to August 18th. Book by calling 32 12 19 00 at least one hour before departure. Check the timetable for departure times.
Brakar Fleks
Brakar Fleks Utstranda and Brakar Fleks Hønefoss will operate as usual throughout the summer. Read more about the service and how to book.
Hallingdal
Route 330, 360, and 420, as well as Brakar Fleks Gol, are the only routes operating in Hallingdal in the summer. There will be fewer departures than usual on these routes. Route 360 will not operate weekend services in the summer. Check the timetable or journey planner for available times.
Route 345 Geilo-Tuva, which has been a separate summer route, is permanently discontinued.
