It will still be some time before traffic returns to normal in Kongsberg city centre. The latest status for the reopening of the two closed bridges is currently 1st March.
This means that most buses in Kongsberg will still be diverted. To provide better predictability for you as a passenger, we have adjusted the schedules for several of the bus routes that have diversions and removed stops that cannot be serviced. The adjustment will take effect from Monday 5th February.

The adjustments apply to the following bus routes:
115 Hokksund-Kongsberg/Saggrenda
- Departure times from Krekling at 14:15 and 15:00 to Kongsberg are changed to 14:22 and 15:12.
- Will not service Kongsberg rådhus, Bussedalen, Sandsværveien, Sandsværveien syd, or Tidemands gate on the way to Saggrenda on one morning departure. Bus stops from Teknologiparken to Saggrenda will be serviced.
401 Gamlegrendåsen S-Lindbojordet
- Will not service Thornes vei towards Lindbojordet, but will stop at Friedland Vestsiden skole. Will not service Tråkka towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
The following departures on 401 are cancelled until the bridges reopen:
- From Kongsberg knutepunkt to Rosteds vei at 09:35 and 17:05
- From Rosteds vei to Kongsberg knutepunkt at 09:45 and 17:15
- From Lindbojordet to Kongsberg knutepunkt at 09:47 and 17:17
- From Kongsberg knutepunkt to Lindbojordet at 09:35 and 17:05
From Saturday the 10th of February and until the bridges reopen, route 401 will operate hourly on Saturdays between 10:30 and 17:00 (first departure from Kongsberg knutepunkt will be at 10:35).
403 Skollenborg-Kongsberg
- Will service Steenstrups gate, then proceed to Kirkegårdsveien and stop at Krona og all stops from there until Skollenborg.
- Will not service Bergmannsveien, Kongsberg rådhus or Bussedalen. Will not service Tråkka or Kongens gate towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
409 Kongsberg knutepunkt-Saggrenda
- Will service Steenstrups gate, then proceed to Kirkegårdsveien and stop at Krona og all stops from there until Skollenborg/Saggrenda.
- Will not service Kongsberg rådhus or Bussedalen. Will not service Tråkka towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
410 Kongsberg-Sagvoldbrua
- Will call at Steenstrups gate and Bergmannsveien as normal. Will not service Thornes vei. Will not service Tråkka or Kongens gate towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
- Note the following changes in departure times:
From Sagvoldbrua at 08:05, 13:40 and 15:07 are changed to 08:07, 13:42 and 15:14.
From Heistadmoen at 11:05 is changed to 11:12.
412 Kongsberg-Krekling
- Will call at Steenstrups gate and Bergmannsveien as normal.
- Will not service Thornes vei.
- Will not service Tråkka or Kongens gate towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
415 Kongsberg-Jondalen
- Will not service Thornes vei or Kongens gate.
- Will not service Tråkka towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
- Note the following changes in departure times:
From Fylkesgrense Jondalen at 07:05, 07:42, 14:00 and 15:05 are changed to 06:55, 07:32, 14:07 and 15:12.
420 Kongsberg-Geilo
- Bergmannsveien will be the last stop before Kongsberg knutepunkt.
- Will not service Thornes vei or Kongens gate.
- Will only stop at Tråkka going from Kongsberg knutepunkt.
422 Kongsberg-Flesberg
- The one school bus departure in the afternoon starting from Teknologiparken goes directly to Kongsberg knutepunkt before heading to Flesberg via Bevergrenda (will not service Steenstrups gate or Bergmannsveien towards the Kongsberg knutepunkt).
- Bergmannsveien will be the last stop before Kongsberg knutepunkt on school buses from Flesberg on route 422.
430 Kongsberg-Svarstad
- Will stop at Krona and Steenstrups gate, but not at Bergmannsveien or Kongens gate.
- Will not service Tråkka or Kongens gate towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
436 Kongsberg-Hvittingfoss
- Will only drive to Teknologiparken.
- Will not service Steenstrups gate, Bergmannsveien or Kongens gate.
- Will not service Tråkka or Kongens gate towards Kongsberg knutepunkt.
Brakar Fleks
Brakar Fleks will not be able to service stops between Shell Friedland and Skavanger/Lindbojordet until the bridges open. Several of these stops are serviced by other buses: route 415 (Monday-Friday), 401 (Monday-Saturday), and 420 (Monday-Sunday).
