Confirmation of refund application

We confirm that we have received your refund application. We are processing cases continuously and will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that if we have informed of the delay or cancellation in advance, which you ought to be aware of, the guarantee does not apply. The refund is applicable up to the specified amount, which means you will not receive more than your actual expenses.

The guarantee does not apply in cases of events like strikes or similar, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions (heavy snowfall, floods, landslides, etc.), roadwork and unforeseen traffic conditions, or major events that significantly impact public transportation.

Please note that you can submit your case for review with the Travel Complaint Handling Body. The case must be submitted to the Travel Complaint Handling Body no later than 4 weeks after you received a respnse from Brakar. Complaints to the Travel Complaint Handling Body must be submitted no more than one year after your original written complaint to Brakar.
