This year’s Kongsberg Jazz Festival will take place from July 3rd to 6th. Brakar will provide extra departures to Lindbojordet, Lampeland, and Hvittingfoss on these days.

Extended Service on Brakar Fleks
The on-demand service Brakar Fleks will have extended hours during the jazz festival.
- July 3rd and 4th: kl. 07:00-00:30 07:00-00:30

- July 6th: 09:00-02:30 09:00-02:30
On these days, the journey must either start or end within the inner zone. You can book via the Brakar Fleks app, at brakar.no/fleks, or by calling 177. Regular bus fares and all Brakar tickets are valid.
Changed Driving Pattern
During the jazz festival, there will be changes to the traffic pattern in Kongsberg town centre.
The following bus stops will not be serviced from 07:00 on 2 July until 18:00 on 7 July:
- Kongens gate and Tråkka: This affects all routes, including Brakar Fleks. The nearest serviced stop will be Kongsberg Knutepunkt.
- Thornes vei: This affects routes 401, 420, 430, and Brakar Fleks. The nearest serviced stop for routes 401 and 420 is Friedland, and for route 430 and Brakar Fleks, it is Bergmannsveien.
- Kongsberg rådhus: This affects routes 403, 409, and Brakar Fleks. The nearest stop is Bergmannsveien.
- Bussedalen: This affects routes 403, 409, and Brakar Fleks. For routes 403 and 409, the nearest stop is Steenstrups gate. For Brakar Fleks, the nearest stop is Krona.
- Krona: This affects routes 403 and 409. The nearest stop is Steenstrups gate.
