Buses on May 17th

On this page you will find an overview of how buses will operate on May 17th in the different areas of Buskerud.

Please note: On May 17th, children’s parades will take place along the same routes as many buses. Some delays should be expected during the parade periods, as buses will have to wait until the roads are clear.

Customer Service Centre Closed

Our customer service centre will be closed on May 17th. However, Mix Sentrum Stopp in Hønefoss will be open from 08:00 to 17:00.

Drammen and Lier

Buses will follow Saturday timetables, except for lines 52, 100 and 101, which will follow Sunday timetables.

There will be disruptions and diversions on lines in the city centre between 09:00 and 15:00:

  • Line 3: There will be two additional departures from Liejordet to Bragernes torg at 08:48 and 09:18.
  • Line 5: There will be one additional departure from Vinnes to Bragernes torg at 09:21.
  • Line 14 will not service Bragernes torg between 09:00 and 15:00. The nearest stop will be Albums gate. Towards Underlia, Drammen sykehus may also be used. However, from Underlia to the city centre, the last stop will be Konggata.
  • Lines 51, 100 and 101 will stop at their usual platform on Bragernes torg, but will enter and exit the city centre via Øvre Strandgate. This means Drammen sykehus will not be serviced by these lines between 09:00 and 15:00.
  • Line 61 will be split between 09:00 and 15:00 and will run from Torget Vest to Bera, and from Ole Steens gate to Lierbyen. Please make a note of new departure times to Bera from Torget Vest during this period. In the direction of Lierbyen, line 61 will start and end in Ole Steens gate, near the old Drammen swimming pool. It will not service Brandtenborggata, Losjeplassen, or Tinghuset, but will stop at CC.
  • Line 71 towards Drammen will not service Losjeplassen, Tinghuset or Bragernes torg between 09:00 and 15:00. The temporary start/end stop will be in Ole Steens gate by the old swimming pool. Towards Lierbyen, Brandtenborggata will also not be serviced. The first stop after Ole Steens gate will be Solbakken.
  • Line 73 will not be able to enter Bragernes torg between 09:00 and 15:00 on May 17th. The bus will start and end in Ole Steens gate (outside the old swimming pool). It will stop at CC but not at Tinghuset, Losjeplassen or Brandtenborggata.
  • Lines 251 and 261 (Ruter) will not be able to access Bragernes torg between 09:00 and 15:00 on May 17th. These buses will start and end in Ole Steens gate (outside the old swimming pool).

Night buses will operate as usual on May 16th and 17th.

Øvre Eiker and Modum

  • May 17th: Sunday timetables.
    Special note: Lines 100 and 101 will stop at their usual platform on Bragernes torg on May 17th, but will enter and exit the city centre via Øvre Strandgate. Drammen sykehus will not be serviced between 09:00 and 15:00.

Sigdal and Krøderen

  • May 17th: No service.

Kongsberg and Numedal

  • May 17th: Only Brakar Fleks and line 420 will operate in Kongsberg on this day:
    • Brakar Fleks runs from 12:00 to 00:00. The entire zone can be used. It can be pre-booked via the Brakar Fleks app, via the website, or by calling 177.
    • Line 420 departs from Kongsberg at 08:35 and 15:40, and from Geilo at 10:05 and 14:05.

Ringerike and Hole

  • May 17th: Sunday timetables (also applies to line 200, but please note that line 200 will not stop between Sjølyst and the bus terminal on May 17th).

Hallingdal

  • May 17th: No service, except for line 420 (Kongsberg–Geilo), with departures from Kongsberg at 08:35 and 15:40, and from Geilo at 10:05 and 14:05.
