In May and June, there are several public holidays where bus services are reduced. Below you will find an overview of how the buses will run in your area on May 1st, , May 17th, May 29th (Ascension Day) and during Pentecost (June 7th-9th).

Please note that on May 17th, there are children’s parades along the same routes as buses. Delays can therefore be expected, and the buses will have to wait until the road is clear.

Mix Kiosk in Hønefoss

The Mix Sentrum Stopp kiosk in Hønefoss will have the following opening hours on these public holidays:

May 1st: 10:00-18:00
May 17th: 08:00-17:00
May 29th: 10:00-18:00
June 7th: 10:00-17:00
June 8th and 9th: 10:00-20:00

Drammen and Lier

May 1st: Sunday timetables.
May 17th: The buses will operate with Saturday schedules, except for lines 52, 100 and 101, which follow Sunday schedules. There will be deviations and rerouting on lines in the city center between 09.00 and 15.00. Read more.
Ascension Day (May 29th): Sunday timetables.
Friday, May 30th: Primary schools in Drammen and Lier have the day off, while secondary school (vgs) have classes as usual. This means that school departures (marked with an “s” in the time tables), will only run to schools with classes on this day. 177.
June 7th: Saturday timetables.
June 8th and 9th: Sunday timetables.

The night buses run as usual on May 17th and June 7th.

The Svelvik ferry operates a Saturday service on May 1st, May 17th and June 7th, and a Sunday service on Ascension Day (May 29th) and June 8th and 9th. Check the schedule here.

Øvre Eiker and Modum

May 1st, May 29th, June 8th and 9th: No service, except for lines 52, 100, and 101, which will follow Sunday timetables.
May 17th: Sunday timetables. Special note:
Lines 100 and 101 will stop at platform A as usual on Bragernes torg on May 17th, but will enter and leave the city centre via Øvre Strandgate. This means Drammen Hospital will not be serviced between 09:00 and 15:00.
June 7th: Saturday timetables.

Sigdal and Krøderen

May 1st, May 17th, May 29th, June 7th–9th: No service.

Kongsberg and Numedal

May 1st: No service, except for line 420, which will follow a Sunday timetable.
May 17th: Only Brakar Fleks and line 420 will operate in Kongsberg on this day:
- Brakar Fleks will run from 12:00 to 00:00. The entire zone will be available.
- Line 420 will depart from Kongsberg at 08:35 and 15:40, and from Geilo at 10:05 and 14:05.
Ascension Day (May 29th): No service, except for line 420, which will follow a Sunday timetable.
Whitsun Eve (June 7th): Saturday timetables.
Whitsun Sunday and Monday (June 8th and 9th): No service, except for line 420, which will follow a Sunday timetable.

Brakar Fleks Kongsberg:

May 1st: No service.
May 17th: 12:00–00:00 (entire Fleks zone available).
Ascension Day (May 29th): No service.
Whitsun Eve (June 7th): Regular Saturday timetable: 08:00–24:00 (entire Fleks zone available).
Whitsun Sunday and Monday (June 8th–9th): No service.

Ringerike and Hole

May 1st: Sunday timetables.
May 17th: Sunday timetables (also applies to line 200, but note that line 200 will not stop between Sjølyst and the bus terminal on May 17th).

Whitsun Eve (June 7th): Saturday timetables.
Whitsun Sunday and Monday (June 8th and 9th): Sunday timetables.

Hallingdal

May 1st: Sunday timetables.
May 17th: No service, except for line 420 (Kongsberg–Geilo) with departures from Kongsberg at 08:35 and 15:40, and from Geilo at 10:05 and 14:05.

June 7th: Saturday timetables.
