17 May in Drammen: How the bus runs

The big celebration in the city center means that many streets are closed. This affects bus traffic especially between 09:00 and 15:00. Most buses that normally run to Bragernes torg will use Drammen busstasjon or temporary stops as their start and end points during this time.

The most important changes for your journey: 

We operate Saturday routes, except that the night bus does not run the night before 18 May. All journeys run according to the timetable, but please note that transfers may not be shown correctly in the route planner due to temporary stops. See the map below for an overview of where the different lines depart from.

Bragernes torg is closed: No buses will run all the way to the square between 09:00 and 15:00.

North side (Bragernes): Use the temporary stop Gamle Kirkeplass. Lines from Lier depart from the stop Erik Børresens alle.

Strømsø torg: Many lines have their final stop at Drammen busstasjon instead of the square. Line 4, Line 5, and Line 91 stop in Dr. Hansteins gate between 09:00 and 12:00.

Detours: Line 2, Line 4, and Line 5 will run via Øvre Sund bru between 12:00 and 15:00. Use the stops Fylkeshuset or Drammen busstasjon. Line 3 will have a detour via Konnerudgata between 09:00 and 12:00.

Note! These changes will not be updated in the travel planner until 17 May. See details for your route in the overview below. We encourage passengers on these bus lines to look for information at the bus stops at Bragernes torg and Strømsø torg. There will be yellow posters at these stops.
